                          I Miss You

“I miss you” are the common words to say

But such a phrase barely whispers my ache.

A newly made pain language is required

Or efforts to say this I must forsake.

My heavy heart is full with thoughts of you

In memory places down deep inside,

Where heartache and pain tear tears wide open

To fountain flows forcing a stormy ride.

Each day is painful full, but empty still,

When you withhold the treasure of my heart,

Missed moments meant for our common pleasure;

Our talking, holding, wondrous melting part.

By this pain made poem rightly confessed,

“Darling, I miss you,” I hope is expressed.
